    I have been going to this clinic for more than 5 yrs. When it was smaller it was run fairly efficiently. Now they are too big for their britches and kind of act like I should be honored to be their patient. I was there in December for a filler and waited over 2 hours. Are you kidding me. These services are paid for in cash, with no insurance reimbursement. We can go anywhere. These wellness doctors are everywhere in town and we have many to choose from. I should good service for something I am paying $600 for. I went again in January to see Kendra for a nail fungus. I had a laser hair removal package I had bought some time ago and wanted to be able to have the nail issue and hair removal within the same appointment. "Ok....Kendra will see you for nails at 1:30, then you can see Kristi at 2:00 for hair removal." Ok great. I get there and am taken into the room by a nurse. She sits down with me and says.....Ok, tell me about your acne problems. Acne.....uhhhh noooo..... Im here for my nails. Then I am shuffled into a room to get numbed up. Numbing medicine!!!! Uhhhhh....NOOOO!! I am on the last treatment for laser hair removal. I am very aware that there is no numbing needed. Oh, the nurse says....your chart says you are her for fillers. Of course I am really upset now that this whole staff is unorganized and unprofessional. Twice.....in one day they want to treat me for something other than the reason I am there for. So, the nurse runs out of the room embarrassed that she was about to numb someone unnecessarily and comes back and says....ok sorry, Kristi can see you at 3:00. At 3:00!!! I had an appointment with her for 2:00, now they are acting like I should be pleased that they are "squeezing me in". I proceed to walk out of the office. To difuse the situation Kendra and the offfice manage take me aside and apoligize profusely. They calm me down and tell me that they will have Kristi take care of me right now. Gee Thanks! Kendra is always very pleasant and accommodating. Kristi usually has an attitide and thinks she is Barbie. Now it is Febuary. My 23yr old son needs to see a dermatologist and well....Im looking for one that respects my time.
