  WOW! That is all I can say. I was nervous about getting tested and possible hearing aids. I know my hearing isn’t well but I was still nervous. The moment I walked into AudioNova, I felt so welcomed. Kennedy and Wes were amazing to work with. They were so knowledgeable and wanted to help me with my hearing. Phonak hearing aids have been a game changer to me. If you are looking for the best hearing aids, TRY PHONAK! GO TO AUDIONOVA. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

  My experience here was exceptional! The front desk staff is always so nice and helpful. She helps clean hearing aids, and she ALWAYS looks presentable!! The provider is helpful. My day is always made when I walk through the door and see Mrs.Sunshine smiling and asking how I am doing! Truly the best place for hearing aids. They also have a clinic in Granbury you should check out if you live closer that way! Staff over there is wonderful as well

  Showing up early for my appointment was a waist of my time! When I arrived early for my appointment to get a new tube for my hearing aid, the receptionist took my instrument to the back and returned a short time tater and thanked me for my waiting time. Upon putting the repaired hearing aid in, it felt comfortable, but shortly after leaving the office it became painfully clear that there was definately clear that the fit was a “one size fits all” type of repair! This was NOT the type of service offered by Dr Muir, who unfortunately retired. I will be seeking a different audiologist for future maintenance needed! Dr Muir, we miss your quality of care!

  What a great staff and office, I had apprehension about getting hearing aids, and the experience was amazing. Would highly recommend them 😊
