Friendly helpful staff. from the minute I put the new hearing aids on, I was satisfied. They were comfortable and efficient. I have been back once for routine adjustment. Easy in and out and completely satisfied with results. Top to bottom, I would recommend AudioNova Connect and the hearing aids.
