  I personally enjoyed my experience. Dr.Zia was quick, efficient and friendly. She explains everything in detail and guides you on your options. Strongly recommend her! I will definitely be coming back.

  I had a great experience at this Target Optical. I want to give a huge thank you to Sarai, the Optical Store Manager. From start to finish, Sarai was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She took the time to walk me through the process of selecting new frames and clearly explained the lens options and pricing breakdown, making everything easy to understand. Her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant and for helping me find frames and lenses that I'm excited to wear. Your professionalism and positive attitude made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great experience when purchasing glasses. I SEE myself going back for more pairs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I was hesitant to leave this review, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an eye doctor. From the beginning, the appointments felt rushed and poorly managed. During my first visit, the doctor was alternating between me and another patient, and I ended up receiving an incorrect prescription. This led to severe migraines, and believing the issue was with the lenses, I changed my glasses twice before realizing the prescription itself was wrong. When I brought this up, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and there seemed to be reluctance to perform a thorough re-examination. I work in a laboratory setting, and because my prescription is around -5.00, my employer requires a simple note from the eye doctor along with the prescription so they can provide prescription safety glasses and computer screen accommodations. This is a very common request, yet I was told that they do not provide such notes, which I found surprising. I had originally recommended this office to a friend because I assumed my first experience was just an isolated issue. Unfortunately, she had a very similar experience and had to wait over an hour past her appointment time before being seen. At this point, I’ve decided to find another eye doctor because I have been unable to obtain even a basic physician’s note. Overall, the inaccurate prescription, long wait times, and lack of responsiveness to concerns made this a very disappointing experience.
