  Just moved here from out of state and I needed to replace my lens IMMEDIATELY! I thought they were scratch proof, but apparently not. Courtney was very helpful in picking out some great lenses and she’s holding some sunglasses for me when I come back! I really appreciate all the help & her patience. It’s definitely one less thing to worry about after being so new in town.

  My experience at this Target Optical was disappointing. I was assisted by Jacqueline, who was friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the process. It appeared that she was still learning parts of the system and occasionally needed assistance from Courtney. Unfortunately, whenever Jacqueline asked for help, Courtney seemed visibly frustrated and unwilling to assist. Instead of helping resolve issues and make the visit smoother, she often sat back and offered little support, which unnecessarily prolonged the process. In addition, my husband previously had an issue regarding an exchange for his glasses. According to him, Courtney’s response was simply that he would be better off returning them since he had already exchanged them once. No alternative solutions were offered, and the interaction came across as dismissive, as though she just wanted to end the conversation rather than help resolve the issue. I want to recognize Jacqueline for her excellent customer service and positive attitude. She did her best to assist us despite the lack of support she appeared to receive. Unfortunately, Courtney’s attitude and lack of customer service left a negative impression and significantly impacted our overall experience.

  Had a 1pm appointment today. Came in and filled out my paperwork just to wait and be told that the Dr. would be 30-40 minutes late from lunch. I left and wandered the store, and when I came back, the Dr was in an appointment with another patient. Annoying, sure, but something that really irritated me was the Dr sitting there for the entirety of the visit trying to sell me Life Insurance. This was super unprofessional and I will not be going back here in the future for any medical work. This review is solely for the Optometrist, not for the optical center as a whole. Picking out frames was a breeze with them!

  Courtney was a huge help with getting everything sorted with my insurance and new glasses! She was very patient and I’m very appreciative of her help getting my new frames. It’s always a great and helpful experience at this location.

  My grandbaby got hold of my glasses and the nose pieces were gone! Courtney Bryan, in the Optical Department of Target just fixed them for me! Thank you so much, Courtney
