- AMANA MORALESApr 11, 20261.0If you have to take a controlled substance and use a tele health provider stay away from here. I’m not the only one by the reviews either. They’re refusing to fill a prescription my physician sent because they’re showing he is “more than 50 miles away”. Well he’s a telemedicine doctor and I looked it up and there is no law stating the distance a provider needs to be from a pharmacy just that they need to have a Texas license. Only specifications is the 15 miles away law for rural doctors dispensing in their own office. This information of “distance limit” should be posted for all to see when they go into the pharmacy this way we’re not wasting our time. There’s a reason I see a Telemed doctor, I don’t have time during the week to go in person to see someone because I work 12 hour days, and then I have my toddlers on my days off.

Online and on their drive through window says they close at 5. Arrived at 4:40 to get my prescription and they were closed. This is a common issue at this location. They do it for their lunch breaks as well.
