- JSJanice SalinasMar 10, 20262.0Aisles are poorly labeled. For example, Jams and Jellies are not on overhead display. You have to search aisles for them. And peanut butter has no label anywhere. You just have to know Kroger considers it a form of jelly. The only good thing about this Kroger is that it has very little business. Because most people just go to HEB.

That is until I came across the comments from the past six months. There is not much to add as my experience mirrors those of prior comments. Evidently this is a new trend for this location that will continue until management notices.

Your brain, heart and bodily functions and when you just stop them you end up in the ER!!!!! As I did, because they are incapable of managing their pharmacy and how it functions and communicates with its clients. They have no sympathy or empathy and just suggest going somewhere else!!!! They do not communicate or even care to understand that there is a living breathing human being on the other side of the phone!!!! Corporate will be contacted, with my medical records and phone records........ because it all is just a sorry excuse......
