- ABARPITA BHATTACHARYAJun 1, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the administrative handling of my care at Houston sleep apnea.i was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and came here to get an oral appliance,but the process has been an absolute nightmare due to constant runarounds. First,the office claimed they were waiting on prior authorization from my insurance. I called my insurance company directly and found out this was not true. Next, the office stated they were waiting on a clearance/release letter from my pulmonologist.i personally requested my pulmonologist to fax it over and I even obtained a copy for myself. Despite this,they now claims they never get it.which is a lie. The lack of internal communication,coordination and honesty has severely delayed my medical treatment.Dealing with this office has been an incredible stressful and unprofessional experience.Its been more than 6 weeks ,but they committed to get it don’t within 3-4 weeks,there is not single follow up from their end. No one knows what’s actually going on,making false statements over and over again makes me sooooooooo upset. I would not recommend them if you value timely care and accurate communication. This is the first time I writing a negative review for a clinic. I have never experienced in 38 years of my life.Very DISAPPOINTED.

The process in receiving my oral appliance was easy and the entire team was incredibly caring. I now wake up refreshed. I no longer experience a sore throat upon waking up. I am feeling energized through out the day and my partner is sleeping much better without listening to my snoring. Thank you Dr. Landry! My quality of life has drastically improved.
