- RHRhonda HillSep 26, 20262.0Needed my medicine. Called Friday to get it delivered. Woman said it was too late for Friday so I will put it for tomorrow. I said okay, call Saturday and they tell me not till Monday. I have crohns and need my medicine. That's poor service. What if it was to save my life. Very very disappointed. I use HEB for my groceries and dedicated customer. Just just so so disgusted 😪
- ASAcid * tone Warehouse 602 NE sideMay 20, 20262.0No no no no! They messed up and shorted me my meds. Obviously it’s my fault they say. No I take all my meds responsible. I’ve been taking this certain meds for a long time. Never ever had a problem until I had ya fill it. You gave me a partial order and now want me wait 4 weeks to get the other partial? I have no meds and I’m going to some type of withdrawals and it sent me to urgent care. This is malpractice and I’m not sure what to do. I’m going to the dr then to a lawyer I found last night. I will be coming up there to switch my meds to another location and you will do an audit of my meds. This has never ever ever happen to me. You told me to come back and get the rest of my meds. I leave for work outta country and how the hell am I gonna have my meds for the next 6!weeks? I won’t be here. Ya are freaking evil and act like ya run our lives and our meds. No you count them and educate us on how to use them. That’s another thing. Ya told me how to use my meds but my dr told me one way that is total opposite from what ya say. So who wrong? It you!!! I’ll be up there later. I’m just sick and disappointed in how these people treat customers that’s been going there for at least a decade!

- LDLonesome DoveOct 17, 20133.0I usually prefer HEB when shopping for groceries, however I don't recommend this HEB. Very limited selection, and every time I have gone I have had to bag my own groceries. Disappointed, but happy the one in The Woodlands isn't very far.
