  No no no no! They messed up and shorted me my meds. Obviously it’s my fault they say. No I take all my meds responsible. I’ve been taking this certain meds for a long time. Never ever had a problem until I had ya fill it. You gave me a partial order and now want me wait 4 weeks to get the other partial? I have no meds and I’m going to some type of withdrawals and it sent me to urgent care. This is malpractice and I’m not sure what to do. I’m going to the dr then to a lawyer I found last night. I will be coming up there to switch my meds to another location and you will do an audit of my meds. This has never ever ever happen to me. You told me to come back and get the rest of my meds. I leave for work outta country and how the hell am I gonna have my meds for the next 6!weeks? I won’t be here. Ya are freaking evil and act like ya run our lives and our meds. No you count them and educate us on how to use them. That’s another thing. Ya told me how to use my meds but my dr told me one way that is total opposite from what ya say. So who wrong? It you!!! I’ll be up there later. I’m just sick and disappointed in how these people treat customers that’s been going there for at least a decade!

  HEB has been my pharmacy of choice for years, I e tried CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, but the level of care and attention, and quality I get from HEB is immeasurable.

  I got several prescriptions filled for my dog this evening 1/24/2022. I want to compliment and offer gratitude and appreciation for all of the time, attention and kindness from all of the staff in the pharmacy. I didn't even know you could call in canine prescriptions to a human pharmacy. As it turned out we had significant problems getting the scripts called in and HEB staff were amazing. They provided compassionate care and proactive communication. The scripts were called in by the provider incorrectly. The staff immediately notified me and the provider. They took the initiative to ensure that the error on the part of the provider did not result in a serious problem. The staff in the pharmacy were VERY professional and diligent to answer my questions and to ensure that I had all the information I needed to coordinate with the provider to ensure this potentially dangerous error was addressed. I am so grateful. Every staff member greeted me and asked how my dog is doing and stated how they wanted to ensure she received the medications she needed and they were prescribed safely. The attention to detail combined with empathy saved us from a serious clinical mistake. I want all of the staff to know how much appreciation and gratitude I have for their quality of care and kindness. Nadia would also like to say thank you as well. :)

  I usually prefer HEB when shopping for groceries, however I don't recommend this HEB. Very limited selection, and every time I have gone I have had to bag my own groceries. Disappointed, but happy the one in The Woodlands isn't very far.
