- OAOmar A6 days ago1.0I transferred my prescription to this HEB thinking it would make my life easier but I completely regret it. When I tried to transfer my prescription back to Walgreens, they refused to transfer it. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy, it's one problem after another. Now they're refusing to transfer my family's prescriptions back as well. I've reported the pharmacists involved to the Board of Pharmacy. Save yourself the headache and go to a different pharmacy.

In minutes he did what I couldn't accomplish in hours using Google. I kept getting such mixed reviews it was like the more I read the less I knew. He broke it down for me so even a regular guy like me could understand. The time he took with me was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Thank you Pharmacist Ramy.

Tenía una cita programada desde hacía más de un mes y fue cancelada porque la doctora decidió no atender ese día. Me reprogramaron la cita 5 días después, a pesar de que la necesitaba con urgencia para viajes de estudios. No ofrecieron ninguna alternativa, ni cita de emergencia, ni solución real. Además, no es la primera vez: en diciembre ya me habían cancelado otra cita sin previo aviso. El servicio y la atención al cliente son muy malos. No les importa el tiempo ni la necesidad del paciente; simplemente cancelan y ya. Espero que este comentario le sirva a otras personas antes de elegir este lugar.
