- TTTexasTwoStepMar 18, 20231.0Came by today eight hours after the doctor appointment, prescription still wasn’t ready and they could not find my insurance, but Wallmark was able to find insurance just a few days before I asked them to transfer the prescription back to Walmart. They said at 6 PM now we’re not going to do that. You have to come back tomorrow we’re going home. So rude of staff . And lazy not able to find the insurance. I think they took the initiative to keep looking. It was just sad and disappointing. I love HEB put this Pharmacy has really dropped the ball. . Both the lady at the counter and the pharmacist said it’s after six and we just want to go home. Can you please come back tomorrow I came in for my son’s ear again it was important to get this prescription filled. You would think eight hours after the doctor appointment they would’ve had it done. We will not be returning to this pharmacy again, and I advise you to just use Walmart. They have a better hours and are more courteous.
