My account became inactive because I didn’t keep paying for months within my agreement. Now I have to pay $260 for four more sessions in order to use the four sessions that I’ve already paid for. Money I don’t have. Money that Stretch Zone thinks I have. I told the representative I spoke with when I started at Stretch Zone that I don’t have money and the money I did have was limited and it was my understanding that I could stop my membership whatever I wanted to. Now I have been told payments have gone to collections during the time I didn’t go because either I was dealing with mental health and or my sister being in the hospital. I will not be going back to Stretch Zone
- RHRich HellerMay 11, 20265.0I had my hip replaced a year ago and was lacking flexibility. At 54 years old, I could not cross my legs to put my shoes and socks on. I've been coming and working with Amelia and Jackie consistently for about 6 months and my flexibility has improved dramatically and I'm almost to the point to where I can start training in martial arts agin. These two ladies are really great, they pay attention to what their doing, have made sure that I'm not in any pain or discomfort and have just been an absolute joy to work with. I'd recommend coming to this location and working with Amelia and Jackie.
