- EMEd MJun 26, 20265.0Was visiting from out of state & my left device was functioning (able to adjust program & volume to both devices) but the connection to the earpiece was not functioning as I could hear nothing through it. Made appointment for the same day-very easy through call center. Howie greeted me on arrival, asked some questions, took both devices to the work area where she and Milton did a complete cleaning determined humidity was the issue, (easy to see why with recent weather). Completed a functionality test, explained everything and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Can’t that them enough and I highly recommend.
