  Was visiting from out of state & my left device was functioning (able to adjust program & volume to both devices) but the connection to the earpiece was not functioning as I could hear nothing through it. Made appointment for the same day-very easy through call center. Howie greeted me on arrival, asked some questions, took both devices to the work area where she and Milton did a complete cleaning determined humidity was the issue, (easy to see why with recent weather). Completed a functionality test, explained everything and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Can’t that them enough and I highly recommend.

  Exceptional customer service! Katherine and Howie went ‘above and beyond’ to accommodate our busy work schedules, taking the time to patiently answer all our questions and make sure we understood exactly what we would be getting with Miracle Ear hearing aids. My husband has needed hearing aids for over 30 years and finally decided it was time. Although he’s only had these for a short time, he can’t believe how well they work and how clearly he can hear now. And I’m grateful not to have to repeat everything anymore! He says the AI technology is super intuitive and very impressive (and he’s a pretty tough sell). Highly recommend Miracle Ear and this location! ❤️
