I love that I never feel judged for taking a break or sitting down to rest when I need to—especially since the heat can get pretty intense! The instructors create such a supportive and encouraging environment where everyone can move at their own pace. I always leave class feeling so much better than when I arrived, both physically and mentally. I've definitely noticed myself getting stronger over time, and the combination of a great workout, mindfulness, and a welcoming atmosphere keeps me coming back!
- ESemily scottJun 24, 20261.0I’ve been going to CPY for years and this is my least favorite location in the metroplex. I was RUNNING in to make the 12:00 class, due to the lack of parking available, it was 12:00:50 and the instructor looked me in the face and locked the door as I went to pull on the handle & mouthed “sorry” through the glass. I am never ever late to class, and it wouldn’t have slowed the class down at all to let me in as she was standing there to lock the door. For the price I’m spending on the membership, I’d expect kinder employees and a cleaner facility.
