  Club Pilates Southlake is one of the best workouts. I enjoy the variety of class levels and the instructor. Over the last three years I have seen a change to my body - toned and muscles!

  This review has nothing to do with instructors and everything to do with administration. I attended this location for only a few months, canceled according to what they request back in 2021, the card used was from out of the country making it difficult for me to check regularly. They had been charging me every single month for over a year. They “accepted” their “mistake” which just tells you how much they care for $$ not clients (who charges without realizing they haven’t attended for over a year BUT CONTINUE CHARGING! 😅) it’s been over a month that I requested my money back and I’m still waiting for my $3,000+ back they said they’d refund. Check your account, when you cancel make sure you save emails and texts, you might need it as proof as I did. Shameful to say the least.

  I am not judging the place, instructors, or effectiveness of their programs. I only went for two sections. But when talking about honesty and trust, I wish I can give them zero star. After multiple calls from them I finally accepted going to know their program. The recruiter lady said to take one month to know them and keep it on if I like it. So, that first month I went to two sections only. When they automatically charged my card the next month I called claiming a refund because I wasn’t going to be able to commit for a membership and the proof was that I didn’t go for the whole month. The person on the phone had only one answer for anything I said, “I am not refunding your card” That is what makes me so disappointed with them. If I am a business manager I will always work around with my customers. An example of I could have said is “I feel sorry to hear that you are able to continue at this time. Unfortunately I can not refund your card but I can hold a credit for you in this amount which will be valid for 3 months should you decide to come back during that period.” Don’t show that money is more important than the person. They kept my $129 and lost a customer that could represent more money than that in a near future.
