We had a very good experience with the care and support we received. The team was kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. They listened to what we needed and made sure our loved one was comfortable and well looked after. The caregiver was caring and dependable, and we always felt we could reach out when we needed help. Finding the right caregiver for someone you love is not always easy, but our experience with Care Mountain has been very positive. Gagun, Deepti, and the whole team have been kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find a caregiver who was a good fit for our family. We really appreciate how caring and reliable the support has been. It is also nice to know that we can reach out whenever we have a question or concern. We feel lucky to have found a team that truly cares about the people they help.

I used Care Mountain when my mom started struggling to get up in the morning and I could tell it was wearing my dad out. Dad didn't think he was ready for someone to come help, but when are you ever ready for that? We hired them anyhow and I could tell right away that it was a big weight off of dad AND he was not upset about it. Mom has improved since then, but we would definitely use Care Mountain again if needed.

Our family began using Care Mountain five years ago when it became apparent that our dad would require extra help at home. Since I live out of state, and am unable to check on our father daily, I wanted to be sure that the agency selected would place Dad with an experienced and well-vetted care-giving team. A friend suggested Care Mountain. At first, our dad was reluctant to accept anyone new into his home, but over time he developed a strong rapport with many of the caregivers - eventually looking forward to their daily visits! Gagan and Deepti acquired Care Mountain last year - right around the time my father began a cycle of hospital stays followed by rehabilitation programs. At first, I was nervous that Care Mountain's level of service would suffer due to the change in management. But the transition was seamless! Gagan proved to be a knowledgeable and experienced resource. To learn about Dad's changing care requirements, he met with my father, members of his current (Care Mountain) care team, staff at the rehabilitation facility and with me. He toured the family home and offered some recommendations on how to improve accessibility for our (now wheelchair bound) father. He put together some various service options & costs, and we decided (based on Dad's tenuous health) that 24x7 hourly care would make the most sense. Gagan and office manager, Andrea, assembled an experienced and compassionate team. Then suddenly, Dad was back in the hospital!! And from there, our family made the difficult decision to transition him to assisted living. Despite the availability of care at his new assisted living home, my father insisted that he retain his Care Moutain caregivers to serve as advocates for him and to provide assistance with daily activities such as transport to doctors' appointments. Despite all their efforts to set him up with in-home care, Care Mountain quickly and graciously pivoted to the new situation. When change happens quickly, one can expect a few bumps. For our family, Care Mountain has been available (within and outside business hours) to address the urgent matters which sometimes arise due to our dad's evolving needs and caregiver schedules. Sometimes, I forget that I'm not the only Care Mountain client! I am so grateful to Care Mountain for remaining with us throughout the journey.
