  When we came in initially on Monday, we dealt with Bri, who was absolutely amazing! However my husband went in today & dealt with another woman who caused our review to be written & given such a low star review. Initially, there had been system problems from the storm which we understood. Again, Bri was awesome & professional- super friendly & helpful. Due to the computer issues, we had to return today. After waiting 2 hours today, my husband was treated so horribly by some other woman working! Her attitude, tone & altogether personality was extremely rude & unprofessional. Whenever someone is dealing with customer service, they really need to check their issues at the door. If ever having to go here I would be wary of dealing with anyone other than Bri. I do not know the woman's name, but will definitely update if I do.

  I went in Tuesday Sept 15th to get my glasses adjusted. We have a new puppy who jumped on them, and they were so warped. I’d worn them for about 3 days and couldn’t stand it anymore. The lady at the main desk didn’t think they could be adjusted without breaking them, but l had a warranty so she suggested l look for some frames since they no longer had my current frames in stock (l love my frames by the way). So she went ahead and adjusted my sun glasses while l looked. Then Bre called my name and l sat down with a couple of frames. I told her how much I loved the frames but had to find something different. She offered to look at my glasses and noticed how warped they were. She did a little adjusting but asked if she could take them over to the service desk and see if she could do something to improve them, l said absolutely..…AND SHE DID!!!!! She brought them back, the earpiece wasn’t flimsy anymore. THEY FIT PERFECTLY!!! I told her that she’s a magician and deserved a bonus just for that! She’s wonderful, kind, and helpful. She reminded that my warranty lasts until January just in case my glasses do break. Bre is THE BEST!

  Debby, I believe is her name, was inconvenienced by anyone and everyone who came in the store and was very rude when I spoke with her and seemed annoyed.

  Very disappointing visit. My son waited one hour only to leave with no services done. All because the staff was uneducated on insurance (Boon/Chapman Cobra) process. He had to make a return visit to complete actual services that took 14 minutes. I’m sure, by the looks of the waiting room, that Eyemart would agree that time is a very valuable commodity. My son’s time is no less valuable to him. The staff training is very underwhelming and disappointing . This type of training should be completed BEFORE it costs the customer time and/or money. In this case both as he took off work. Because of the return visit it took twice as long. Hopefully this will help inspire Eyemart to be preemptive instead of reactive.

  Tammy made my experience so easy and fun. as you know it is overwhelming trying to pick out glasses. Tammy seemed to know exactly what I wanted and also advised me about the current discounts that I did not know about. So I ended up with 4 great pairs that I love!! Thank you Tammy.
