- JWJoe WMar 26, 20261.0Went in to buy some burn 2.0. The guy at the front never even acknowledged me. Then I went to check out and the guy wouldn't let me pay unless set up a GNC account. I refused 4-5x and he made it clear, I couldn't buy anything unless I did it. He claimed that his job depended on it. He was so aggressive that another customer looked over at us. Do yourselves a favor and fire this dude with ZERO customer service skills. My visit was on 3/26/26 @ 11:30am. The guys has a bear and glasses. Worst experience in any GNC I have ever visited.

He is always very knowledgeable on his regular customers. I am a bit of a penny pincher and check in regularly for clearance and sales, often stocking up on buy one get one deals.

Although covid-19 is keeping a lot of things out of stock, they try to suggest different products that are similar to whatever it is that I'm looking for the time.
