Per my plan there is usually no copy and I was being told that there would be one. The person that I was speaking to seemed extremely irritated because I wanted to know why. He huffed and puffed and tried to rush me off the phone. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me no immediately. When I ask if I could speak to someone over him again he stated no again and when I asked for his name he provided Jens. He stated the only person over him was Dr. Chang. The customer service that I just received just for wanting a better understanding of my plan is unacceptable. No one should be talked to the way this young man spoke to me today.

He explained everything in detail on pricing and answered my questions on sunglasses. We all love our glasses and we love how quick they get them to us. My family is a bit kookie so we enjoyed making him laugh it made our experience an enjoyable one. If anyone comes to this location ask for Jonathan he is amazing you have a great worker!
