  **Extremely Disappointed with Eyemart – Poor Quality and Even Worse Customer Service** I've been a loyal Eyemart customer for years, but after my recent experience, **I will NEVER do business with this company again.** I purchased a pair of glasses in March, and just a few months later, the coating on the lenses started peeling and separating. When I brought this issue to their attention, I spoke with an employee named Jonathan, who was rude, dismissive, and immediately accused me of using alcohol on my glasses, claiming that was the only possible reason the coating would separate. I clearly explained that I had **never used alcohol on my lenses**, but instead of listening to my concerns or considering the possibility of a manufacturing defect, he insisted that I would have to pay **$400 for replacement lenses**. To make matters worse, Jonathan informed me that Eyemart only provides a one-year warranty on the frames, not the lenses. How does a company that specializes in selling eyeglasses not stand behind the quality of its lenses? In my opinion, this raises serious concerns about the quality of their products and their willingness to take responsibility when something goes wrong. If the lens coating begins peeling after only a few months of normal use, customers shouldn't automatically be blamed and expected to pay hundreds of dollars to correct the problem. **Eyemart has permanently lost a longtime customer.** What disappoints me most isn't just the poor quality of the lenses, but the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. After years of supporting this company, I now realize that customer loyalty apparently means nothing to them. **I will NEVER purchase another pair of glasses from Eyemart, and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone again.** **Eyemart, you've lost my business for good. Customers deserve better quality, better treatment, and a company that actually stands behind the products it sells.**

  What a horror place to go to. I regret going, to any one who goes please save your self the head ache. They have bad customer service they don’t care and don’t help. I bought a pair of meta glasses and the day I bought them I found out they didn’t charge. The people there laugh at my face and said to bad you need to go to Ray band and figure it out. That is no help no return no nothing. It does not say no return on the meta glasses. The glasses did not work. Please go to professionals that will help you. If not you will buy an expensive product that doesn’t work and they don’t care if it’s a good product or not.

  I went yesterday because my lens came out. Jonathan was a great help, as well as his coworker. They loan me a pair of frames untill i could return choose another pair since the my were out of. Jonathan went of his way to call other EyeMarts and found one in New Braunfels. He drove to pick them up and call me back stating he had found a pair of frames. I return later that evening and walked with new frames of the model all because Jonathan and his cowrker going way and beyond to help a customer. Thank you.

  Customer service has gotten worse over the years. Recommend trying another location.
