The pediatrician and staff are always so kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. Any time she isn’t feeling well, they make it a priority to get her in as soon as possible, which gives us so much peace of mind as parents. We never feel rushed, and they always take the time to listen and make sure all of our concerns are addressed. We’re so grateful to have such a reliable and caring pediatrician—highly recommend to any parent looking for consistent, compassionate care. 5 stars!

I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Jandee and some of the New Braunfels team. Dr. Jandee has consistently been on top of things and truly attentive when it comes to patient care. Unfortunately, when it comes to prescriptions or getting in touch with the other doctors to resolve issues and help patients get better, the follow-through hasn’t been consistent—except with Dr. Jandee. This is especially frustrating if anything comes up on a Thursday and carries into the weekend. During those times, you’re honestly better off going somewhere else.
