- ACAlison CavazosOct 2, 20261.0HORIBBLE service. I made an appointment at 5:35 for a flu shot and I had to walk out at 6 because they would not help. I understand being busy but what’s the point of allowing people to schedule appointments if I still have to wait over 30 minutes. I left work early to make it in time and I could t even get it. I will never use HEB pharmacy especially this location
- GKG KAug 20, 20265.0I just have to say that I was impressed with your pharmacy today. I recently switched from another pharmacy. I have military insurance, and when I went to pay the insurance was saying I had other medication coverage for several months. I called my insurance and verified my info. The other pharmacy never took the time to call my insurance directly. The tech today, Edith, picked up the phone and called my insurance and cleared everything up. She saved me over $44 today. I am very thankful for you going above and beyond. Also the clerk that checked me out today, Angelica, greeted me with a big smile, and she was very pleasant. Kudos... I still hate the parking lot. - MWMarlene WallsAug 9, 20191.0They gave my daughter the wrong medication! Thank God it was only a cream. I didn’t notice the name on the box but the receipt had her name. I trusted it because I thought, “hey it’ll never happen to me”. They didn’t notice their mistake until about 10-11 pm that night. Super upset that they don’t have procedures in place to help catch something like this sooner. I had a 2 year old cousin who passed away from the pharmacist giving her the wrong dosage (pharmacy on walzem). This is a big BIG lesson learned. Please always check dosage, type of medication, and name!
