- GKG KAug 20, 20265.0I just have to say that I was impressed with your pharmacy today. I recently switched from another pharmacy. I have military insurance, and when I went to pay the insurance was saying I had other medication coverage for several months. I called my insurance and verified my info. The other pharmacy never took the time to call my insurance directly. The tech today, Edith, picked up the phone and called my insurance and cleared everything up. She saved me over $44 today. I am very thankful for you going above and beyond. Also the clerk that checked me out today, Angelica, greeted me with a big smile, and she was very pleasant. Kudos... I still hate the parking lot. - GVGary Del ValleMar 7, 20261.0On March 7 HEB sent me an e-mail saying it was time for my 2nd shingles vaccine and showed me a schedule to make an appointment. I made the appointment for 3 PM on the same day. After driving to the store the lady told me that it was 4 days too early and that I could not get the vaccine. The lady did apologize but I pointed out that it was HEB that messaged me about the vaccine and I simply followed their instructions and received a confirmation e-mail. They should not invite me to schedule the vaccine if I am not eligible. As a consumer I don’t know when I am eligible I rely on them to tell me. It was just a waste of time and was frustrating.
