  Went in and was greeted by Elena. She was extremely professional and personable. Likely the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. We actually had fun picking out glasses. The process was fast and easy. Thank you , Elena!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Eyemart Express in San Marcos! I was in San Marcos attending my daughter’s two-day orientation at Texas State University when, on the very first day, I accidentally broke my glasses. To make matters worse, I didn’t have a backup pair or even contacts with me. So, for the rest of the day, my glasses were “gangsta leaning,” and I just had to make the best of it until the next morning. My plan was to visit the optical store I have in my hometown and that I normally use back home and have them ship them, but it could take up to two weeks, however, their computer system was down. One of their employees recommended Eyemart Express instead, so I drove there as soon as they opened. That’s when I met Anna, and she was an absolute lifesaver. She was incredibly kind, patient, and never rushed me while I took my time finding not one, but TWO pairs of glasses that I genuinely loved and will actually wear. She made what started as a stressful situation into such an easy and enjoyable experience. Then came the part that truly lived up to the company’s name. I was told my glasses would be ready in about an hour, so I drove down the street for a coffee and a quick breakfast. I kid you not I hadn’t even been gone 30 minutes before I got the text that BOTH pairs were ready! Now that’s what I call EXPRESS! I’m forever grateful to Anna for her outstanding customer service and to Eyemart Express for saving my weekend. The only thing I wish is that they had a location closer to where I live because they would absolutely have my business for life. Thank you again, Anna! You turned a stressful accident into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

  Eyemart as a whole is always great! Fast, convenient & reasonable pricing always hits the mark for our family! What’s special about SM is the staff that treats you like family! Megan is always so nice. She listens, gives great style suggestions and makes sure to find the best value! We are so grateful ☺️
