  I joined the club with genuine enthusiasm, eager to participate. However, due to an unexpected move out of the San Marcos area, I needed to cancel my membership. Despite not attending a single class in my second month, I was still charged the full monthly rate, in addition to a $100 early cancellation fee. I reached out via email to request a waiver of these charges, but received no response. My interactions with the general manager, Libby, were disappointing and dismissive. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility. Now more than ever, businesses should show understanding and flexibility—instead, this club chose to prioritize fees over customer care.

  If you are looking for a place to build your confidence and strengthen your body - this IS the place! Pilates is SO GOOD for your body, mind and soul! The instructors are wonderful and help you do it correctly! Come and join the fun! Your future YOU will thank you!

  The front desk employee working at 6:00 PM on Monday, December 22nd completely ruined my Club Pilates experience. For context, my home studio is in Fort Worth, and I am an Unlimited member visiting for the holidays. I called the studio the day before to confirm I could take a class while in town and was explicitly told there would be no issue and that I could attend the 6:00 PM class. When I arrived, the front desk employee refused to let me join due to my membership type and told me I would need to pay $29. Although this contradicted what I had been told, I agreed and was willing to pay because I wanted to take the class. After agreeing to pay, she then changed her mind again and said I was not allowed to join any class at all, despite the class only having two people in it. This was unbelievable and extremely unprofessional. The inconsistency, lack of accountability, and poor customer service are completely unacceptable and reflect very poorly on the brand. If it weren’t for the excellent experience I consistently have at my home Club Pilates studio, I would cancel my membership. UNBELIEVABLE!

  I love this studio so much!! All of the instructors are amazing. I especially love the cardio classes. The energy is great and it’s such a good workout.
