  I've been a Warby Parker customer for several years now and have traveled to a different city just to get to a location in person. Happy that they are opening more stores closer to my area and have not been disappointed! They do have the option to try online, I just prefer in person so I can get feel of my glasses and how they sit on my nose. I like that they have a variety of frames to choose with a reasonable price range and that the sales representatives are kind and considerate and don't rush you. The store is also clean and arranged nicely. Overall, I would highly recommend to everyone and anyone who needs glasses!

  Fantastic experience! I went to 3 other places before visiting the shop at Lincoln Heights, it’s new to the neighborhood and forgot it was available now, and so glad I went! The shop was clean and the staff were kind, personable yet professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The selection is exactly what I was looking for, they have section of top sellers do if you don’t like too many option or get overwhelmed with choosing, this is great to have. They keep with the classic best fits and more.

  Finally a WP location closer to downtown (more convenient than La Cantera for us Southsiders 😉) I have been getting exams and purchasing frames from WP for 4 years now and I really loved my first visit to this location. Super friendly staff and great exam with Dr. Disapong! She remembered to email me the full exam results I requested :) WP has such a huge selection of styles, it’s always easy to find a new pair that I like to add to my fleet!

  I had a great experience here! Jackie was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find frames that looked good on me. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she made the whole experience really comfortable. Her customer service was amazing, and I really appreciated how kind and helpful she was. I would definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Jackie if you need help with glasses!

  Zack and the entire team at Warby Parker in the Quarry made my shopping experience, delightful and efficient. They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! I ended up getting three pairs of glasses and cannot wait to receive them!
