  While I truly appreciate the convenience of scheduling and the great location, I was disappointed with our in‑office experience. The optometrist who saw my daughter did not introduce herself, so throughout the initial testing we weren’t even sure if she was the doctor or an assistant. During the exam, digital retinal imaging was performed on my 11‑year‑old daughter without any explanation, consent, or discussion of whether it was necessary for her age. This imaging was not covered by insurance, yet no option to decline was offered. Transparency is especially important when treating children, and this was not provided. At checkout, I was informed of our vision copay — which I expected — but then told the digital retinal imaging was an additional $39 out‑of‑pocket. Because the general exam was covered and the imaging was not, my card had to be run twice in separate transactions. I requested an itemized statement and was only given a basic receipt. Although we genuinely like the convenience and location, we will likely not return due to the lack of transparency around exams and consent. If the office cannot be clear about what tests are being performed, it makes it difficult to trust them with future care or eyewear purchases.

  Had an amazing experience at Warby Parker Lincoln Heights. They really care about making sure you are 100% satisfied and really go above and beyond for client satisfaction. Selection is what brings me here but the service makes me a loyal return customer.

  STOP!! Get over to Warby Parker pronto. You will not find a better selection of eyewear anywhere and their service is the best. I was having an issue with a pair of sunglasses that I purchased from WB. ERIC and AURI at the Saint Bernard Plaza in San Antonio were polite, professional and helped resolve the issue with smiles on their faces. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!!
