Apparently the technician forgot to include PD measurements. No one called to let me know. When I spoke with the manager, all they could offer was expedited processing for roughly another 10 days. I did cancel my order for $1200 worth of glasses. Warby Parker do better. Warby Parker at La Cantera has excellent service! I was able to use my insurance and the people were over the top friendly. It was not even crowded! Great selection of glasses!
