University Health Southwest

University Health Southwest provides primary care for adults and children, along with women’s health, behavioral health and diabetes education services for families on San Antonio’s Southwest Side. The clinic offers on-site lab testing, radiology services and a full-service pharmacy with walk-in vaccinations available. We help patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety and depression and provide preventive care, wellness visits and appointments for acute illnesses. Located just off Highway 90, we serve neighborhoods across the West and Southwest Sides.
