  For more than 16 years, Travis Medical Supply has been an invaluable part of my daughter's journey. My daughter has cerebral palsy and has been using a wheelchair since she was three years old. She is now 19, and throughout all these years—through company transitions, name changes, and ownership changes—the level of care, professionalism, and dedication we have received has remained exceptional. I would especially like to recognize David Duarte. As a mother who had no experience navigating the world of wheelchairs, mobility equipment, and adaptive needs, David became a source of knowledge, guidance, and reassurance. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my daughter's unique needs and helped ensure she had the most appropriate equipment for her comfort, safety, and independence. His expertise is remarkable, but what truly sets him apart is his compassion. He has always treated my daughter with dignity and respect, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make what can often be a complicated process feel effortless. The outstanding service extends beyond David. The manager at Travis Medical demonstrated tremendous understanding and flexibility when transportation challenges prevented me from bringing my daughter's wheelchair into the facility. Rather than creating obstacles, he worked with us to find solutions. That level of empathy and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. I would also like to acknowledge Laura in customer service. She is professional, efficient, and refreshingly straightforward. Whenever assistance is needed, she provides clear communication and ensures matters are handled promptly and effectively. The technicians deserve recognition as well. Whenever my daughter experienced issues with her wheelchair, they consistently responded with urgency and professionalism. They have come to our home and even to her school to make repairs and adjustments. Whether the issue was minor or more complex, they approached every situation with dedication and determination, ensuring my daughter could continue her daily activities with minimal disruption. As a parent of a child with significant mobility needs, I cannot adequately express the gratitude I feel for this company.
