Both dr & assistant Lisa (yrs of experience) explained everything & asked if I was ok throughout while great soothing, not too loud, music played. Dr. Spencer is very patient & apparently highly experienced since the least invasive procedure was a success (not so with my other dentist).Front desk Nicole has been very patient & accommodating since I’ve had to change my appts. several times. I feel fortunate to have found this dentist & his great staff . Oh & a shout out to his hygienist Jen !
