Crystal did an amazing job helping me understand what my flat feet problems are and what supports are needed. She was professional, patient, approachable, and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend stopping by. I had no idea how much my feet affected my lifestyle and balance until today, which opened my eyes to how long I've been functioning without proper support.

I have a pair of inserts, and brought them in to be looked at. Anthony got them switched out and I was on my way quickly. Great service.

I went in and got insoles little did I know I’d be paying 2,500 dollars for duplicate insoles. My rep made it sound like I’d be paying that price to cover 5-6 pairs of shoes but walked out with only 5 boxes. Had I known it was just duplicate insoles I would have gone with the first option. I kept asking question but really wasn’t getting much answers. The visit felt very rushed he put the insoles in my shoes asked me to walk then gave me a sheet to pick which plan I wanted. Again I asked questions about the plan and I was told it would be for 5-6pairs of shoes and now that I’m home looking at everything they are the same insoles. It’s very disappointing especially when you are paying a pretty penny on a no refund policy. I wish he would have taken the time to explain. Because either way I have to keep changing the insoles out through the day. So I would have only boughten one pair. Makes no sense to buy duplicates of the strengtheners, and maintainers. So beware before you buy! If your sales guy is not answering the questions you want walk out.

Walked in not expecting much, only really by the recommendation of my dad. After working with Mr. Broadhurst, things changed immensely. He was willing to listen and worked with me to find the perfect solution; I suffer with plantar fasciitis due to previous working conditions, and now with these inserts, I’m really looking forward to being able to walk around malls and go to events without having to worry about taking medication to ease the pain. I really appreciate his support and advice, and for others who need help with foot, leg, and back pain, I would recommend The Good Feet Store. 👍

Attached is a picture of what their website shows are expected prices. Also attached is a picture of what they actually offer you. It's already expensive enough and then the only thing they offer you is 4 times the expected price. Predatory bait and switch. No thanks!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
