What started slow turned into a routine that I miss when I’m away. I love all of the little challenges. The community is what makes it special. The coaches are welcoming and encouraging, and there are always modifications so you can work at your own level. Supportive, never intimidating. Big shout out to the dedicated 5:30am crew — and to Ana B, who keeps us on track (and awake, she keeps us laughing!) at that early hour. A true gem. If you’re on the fence, come try a class. You’ll be hooked.

This studio, by far, was the most friendly and welcoming, most energetic workout, and cleanest studio I have seen while traveling. If you get a chance to take Shaq’s classic class, I HIGHLY recommend it.

The workouts are low impact but extremely challenging. Every class is different, which keeps the workout fun and interesting without ever becoming boring. The owner and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and really take the time to answer your questions and help you perfect your form. Finally, the community is tight-knit and supportive, and the friendships and bonds I’ve established are invaluable.
