  Been going to PV off Bulverde/HEB for 3 years or so now and seeing Dr Elledge. He’s been great to work with as he proactively advise me on my eye health and potential solutions/options. The staff is great as they call and reminds in of upcoming appts. They don’t just rely on technology/email/texts to automate their work. I appreciate their attention to customer service. They are easy to work with insurance. They handle and advise me on my options. They don’t push for upselling.

  I had a great experience with Dr. Elledge and the team at Pearle Vision near H-E-B on Bulverde. I called around lunchtime hoping to schedule an appointment sometime later in the week, and they were able to get me in that same day at 2:30. I work a hybrid schedule and commute a couple days a week, so that kind of flexibility was incredibly helpful. It had been about three years since my last eye exam, and the entire process was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the paperwork was quick, and the staff walked me through several eye-health tests using equipment that seemed very modern and thorough. This was my first time seeing Dr. Elledge, and he was probably the most thorough optometrist I’ve ever had. He took his time reviewing my results, explaining a few minor things he noticed with my vision and overall eye health, and answering all of my questions. I also appreciated that we were able to have a very straightforward and unbiased conversation about laser vision correction—there was absolutely no pressure one way or another. He gave me two different sets of disposable contacts to try so I could decide which I preferred, provided my prescription, and even sent me home with a few extras. Most importantly, he had a great demeanor and never made the appointment feel rushed. I was there for about an hour and felt like I received his full attention throughout the visit. Between the same-day accommodation, friendly staff, modern equipment, and the amount of time and attention Dr. Elledge gave me, I really can’t say enough good things about this office. Excellent experience from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend them.

  Friendly, hopeful, and professional staff. Nancy Wells OD is fantastic! She listened to my concerns and took extra measures to inspect my eyes, along with providing clear and helpful information which I very much appreciated. 10 / 10 will be using Pearle Vision again ✅

  Such amazing customer service!! Everyone was so helpful and really helped with getting what I needed in a quick time frame! I will be back again for sure!
