  My only comment regarding this experience is simply "Wow!" The moment I entered the premises and walked through the door, I was met with an overwhelmingly positive atmosphere. Emily was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing a great deal of detailed information about the various hearing aids available and outlining the distinctions between the different types they offered, specifically in relation to my grandfather, who has been experiencing difficulties with his hearing. My grandfather and I successfully obtained the necessary details concerning the hearing aids, and we were afforded the opportunity to personally encounter Azael. During this meeting, we were able to observe the current state of my grandfather's hearing and, most importantly, contribute to positively impacting his life. It is necessary for me to express that both Emily and Azael consistently demonstrate remarkable dedication and effort in addressing your requirements related to hearing aids. Based on my experience during this particular interaction, I would assign a rating of 9.4 out of a possible 10.

  Mr Garza and his receptionist, Emily, were extremely kind and knowledgeable. He explained normal hearing and hearing loss with graphic material, in a way I could easily understand. He did a thorough hearing screening and then discussed the results in detail. The screening was free and the end result was I do not need hearing aids at this time. I was very impressed with the whole visit. I highly recommend Miracle Ear and Mr Garza’s site in particular. Jill Satchell RN

  Dr Garza is one of my favorite people, and Emily, the office manager, is just as sweet as can be. I am grateful for my hearing aid, and so is anyone endeavoring to have a conversation with me!
