I have been coming to this office for about 3 years now. In the beginning everything was fantastic. Doctor Flores was awesome, wait time was great, always a clean office. Front staff both the receptionist and nurses were not the best but not the worst. Recently as of mid year 2025 the office there has been a shift. Doctor Flores continues to be an amazing doctor, but her office needs help. When speaking with them on the phone they have an unpleasant tone and no willingness to help or hear you out. They forgot to schedule my appointment for my depo, they told me verbally the appointment time and date; but never put it in the system. I called and scheduled, they apologized for their overlook. The day of the appointment, the wait times was ridiculous. The wait time double. Later on around spring 2026 I called to go back for the depo followup, they informed me that I can come in anytime before 4. I came in around 3:27 due to work, I wasn't seen until about 4:58. I checked in with the receptionist and she said yes I could be seen for a nurse visit and to take a seat I would be called back shortly. Took a seat not too far from the receptionist window. After that they didn't acknowledge that I was there. No updates on how long it would be, no "hey you know what it can't be done today come back some other time". Went up to the receptionist around 4:45 and asked how much longer or would I even be able to be seen, and it looked like she was just putting in the system and printing out the paper. Stated they tend to see scheduled paitents before anyone else. Then why offer the service. I've been to packed neighborhood clinics who better attentive towards paitents and their time.
It would be great if I could rate the office and the Doctor separately.
Office 1 star
Doctor 5 stars
I don't maybe I'm just too old and easily irritated. But I think it's time to move on.

Dr. Laura De Los Santos took the time to listen to my health concerns. She was very knowledgeable to reason I was seen at her healthcare facility. Her nurse was very understanding while taking all my medical information. I highly recommend anyone to see her. She really made me feel better about my health. They even found discount card (RX inform), with cost of medication. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly . ❤️🩹🙏🏻
This was one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had! The entire office was warm and welcoming, and the doctor I saw was absolutely incredible 🩷
I have a history of sexual abuse, so appointments like this can be very anxiety-inducing for me. But Dr. Kethireddy was so gentle, patient, and understanding! She took her time, never rushed me, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process ☺️
She explained everything clearly before doing anything and gave me options, like using smaller instruments, so I could choose what felt best for me, given my history and lack of sexual experience. That level of care and respect meant so much!
Most importantly, she truly listened to me. I felt heard, validated, and supported in a way that’s rare in healthcare!
5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m beyond grateful for this experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those who may feel anxious or vulnerable during these kinds of visits! 🩷

I had Dr. De Los Santos for my first pregnancy. Being that it was my first pregnancy, I obviously had a ton of questions. She was impatient, and I didn’t even have time to ask 1/3 of my questions. I was told at my first appt that the pregnancy was not viable. After many rounds of tests, I started miscarrying and told the Dr. I wanted to miscarry naturally. From there, I kept on receiving calls throughout my time miscarrying, telling me that a D&C needed to be scheduled, even though I stated I did not want one. I had three calls from the office as I was trying to process the loss of my baby and actively bleeding. After I miscarried, I had an ultrasound, where very minimal products of conception were remaining, to which I asked if this could naturally come out with my next period (as most of the medical literature suggests) or if I could take medicine to expel the remaining tissue, which again was very small and the length of my fingernail. I was still told I needed surgery even though I said I did not want it. I had to fight to get the medicine prescribed, which I took, and surprise, the tissue came out. I have since been to two separate gynecologists, who reviewed my case and both said they would never recommend surgery for remaining products of conception that small, especially if there is no sign of infection. I have never felt so dismissed in my life. After waiting hours to be seen, to then be in the Dr’s office for less than five minutes is unacceptable in any circumstance. The beside manner of Dr. De Los Santos is nonexistent. If you just want to be told what to do, then she is the Dr. for you; if you have a brain—don’t bother. I struggle to understand why unnecessary surgery was pushed so hard…unless of course there is a monetary incentive…

Rarely leave reviews but as this is my first pregnancy I wanted to share my experience for any new mothers or potential patients. I was seeing Dr. Vanaja Kethireddy & while she was extremely caring, helpful & attentive the interactions felt rushed. Herself as a doctor I would recommend. However, the staff was & seems to continue to be the issue. My first appointment I waited a long time to be seen & was okay with it because the office was quite busy. After waiting nearly an hour to be seen (after arriving early) I was met with an Ultra sound tech who seemed like she was rushing the entire process & would not allow any pictures & was standoffish when answering questions myself & my partner had. From there I met with Dr. Kethireddy who, again, was very helpful. I was instructed to wait in the lobby to take blood work. After waiting for nearly two hours I asked the receptionist to see if there was anything she can do about seeing how I can get the tests done, only to find out she had the lab work next to her. I signed in to get my blood drawn at a separate desk & when the lab tech came she was extremely quiet & a bit rough when taking the samples. My arm was sore for nearly a week following the appointment. At my second appointment I was seen fairly quick as the office was less busy that day. The ultrasound tech at my second appointment was a very sweet older woman who helped me feel a bit more welcome. I went back to the lobby to wait & was again seen at a reasonable time but felt the interaction with Dr. Kethireddy was more rushed. Understandable considering she has other patients. I was then asked to sign a paper by the receptionist to pay nearly $2,500 at my next two appointments (not including the appointment or ultrasound costs per appointment which was nearly $200 each time WITH BCBS) to have Dr. Kethireddy in the room for delivery. I was informed that should she not be free they would pick someone else to be there, however I would have no previous visits with them which I feel defeats the purpose. I asked if it was necessary to sign & the receptionist told me if I wanted to continue care with their office, yes I had to with no follow up information. I tried to ask questions & the receptionist was very much more annoyed than helpful. They forgot a urine sample & called me to say I would have to go back to submit one, but that was not an option as I had no time free aside than for the appointment. I just called to have my records transferred to a new OB (sadly as I truly did enjoy the care the doctor provided) & was on hold for over 20 minutes to speak with them for less than 2 minutes where they told me I can access the patient portal to do it myself in my end. Overall the doctor HERSELF was fantastic & the nurse who does intake for her was as well. They were both extremely helpful, sweet & patient. The second ultra sound tech was as well. As for the rest of the staff, very disappointed to say the least. I felt more poked & prodded, as well as rushed than truly cared for & for my first pregnancy it was just utterly discouraging. I hope anyone else who attends this office has a better experience. I just can’t in good faith recommend anyone but the three I spoke of.
