  I’ve been seeing Dr. Kethireddy for almost 13 years now and she is such an amazing doctor. She always listens to any and all concerns I may have, never rushes our visits and makes me feel as she is more than just my doctor but also a caring friend. I always recommend my friends or any expecting mother her way, she’s AMAZING!!!!!

  The doctors I've seen here have been great, but the office staff seems to really drop the ball when it comes to follow through. I've been trying to get a sterilization procedure scheduled and I'm a pt of dr. Haun. I was told I would be called to schedule my pre-op and never was. I ended up having to call the office back myself to remind them I was supposed to be scheduled for a pre-op. I finally get that scheduled, get to the pre-op appointment, only to be immediately told by Dr. Haun that she no longer does sterilization procedures on anyone under 30. Why wasn't I called and told that before making the hour trip to the office for no reason. So I got referred to dr. Kimm, also here. She was, again amazing. We discussed a sterilization procedure, I signed some paperwork, and then I was told to wait to speak with someone to schedule my pre-op. The office staff ended up telling me I could go after waiting around for 10 minutes. No follow up, no pre-op scheduled. I finally have had it a few weeks later and call to remind them about the lack of follow up. Turns out, my account still noted that I was undecided despite my having signed paperwork for the sterilization procedure. So I finally get that sorted and get a call back from the surgery scheduler. I explain I was supposed to come in for a pre-op and she notes i dont need one until I tell her I haven't had an ultrasound yet. She then tells me I need to schedule one and Veronika would call me back. Well, I guess no one told Veronika because I never got a call. I was going back in for a depo shot in the meantime and reminded them I needed to get scheduled for an ultrasound. It had been so long, they had all forgotten and had forgotten why I was even seeing dr. Kimm for the procedure when im a haun pt. All around very frustrating office staff when you're trying to get anything done within a reasonable time period. Just a very disorganized office.

  The doctors at Lone Star OBGYN are amazing—knowledgeable, compassionate, and they provide excellent care. Unfortunately, the front office staff could greatly improve their customer service. Courtesy, professionalism, and respect for patients’ time are just as important as good medical care. Being left on hold for 15 minutes just to schedule an appointment is frustrating and unacceptable. Better communication, timeliness, and a more courteous attitude from the office staff would make the overall experience much better. I truly appreciate the excellent care from the physicians and hope the office staff can improve to match the high standard of the doctors.

  I really appreciate Dr. Cerny-Leecock and her team; they are incredibly nice and attentive. My only complaint is the long wait time. I sat in the waiting room for two hours past my scheduled 12:30 PM appointment. When I finally saw the doctor, she was thorough and kind, but the 5-to-10-minute visit felt very rushed because she was running so far behind. I understand that medical offices get busy, but a two-hour delay is too long when patients also have busy schedules. I hope the office can work on minimizing wait times to a standard 15–30 minutes.

  I am not one to write reviews but this place was extremely unprofessional and lacks communication skills. I submitted an appointment request to which I received a voicemail that the time was unavailable and they listed alternative times. When I called back the lady who answered had no idea about any of appointment times and even said the doctor I had scheduled with was out of office that day. She scheduled me for a different day. Although the Second lady claims the first appointment was never requested, I kept receiving texts about confirming my appointment. Apart from the whole scheduling situation, no one is ever able to come to the phone. I have called the office multiple times and have been placed on hold for more than an hour or hung up on. Would not recommend
