- RZrandall zapataAug 18, 20265.0Kayla was awesome. I had lots of questions on frames, lenses, and pricing. Not only did she answer them she also gave me different options. She walked me through many frame styles, and even explained to me that the lenses I wanted may not be optimal for the frame I was picking. She measured me for 2 different frames as well as the different lenses, and in doing so made it possible for me to be able to call and place the order for the glasses over the phone. I also know know that the frame size that best suits me is a 56-58, and thats all thanks to Kayla. Her patience and thoughtfulness are something to be admired. Also, Micheal was an extreme help as well, being a wealth of knowledge for Kayla, and answering questions that arose for her during the process. Great experience, and I will definitely be going back.

- RGRoy GuzmanAug 16, 20265.0I’ve always heard horror stories about lens crafters and wasn’t expecting to come here but the optometry office I went to was next door so I ended up just deciding to come here. I had the pleasure of being helped by Rosa she was actually the only one to greet me when I walked in everyone else kind of just acted like they didn’t see me walk in which I would say would be my only complaint. Anyways Rosa was amazing, she was super helpful, she explained my benefits to me and was very quick with everything., definitely very knowledgeable! Aside from Rosa, they have a limited amount of frames to choose from but they are all designer frames so I guess that’s probably why. But I was able to find a new frame, I also love the fact that the frames come with a warranty if they get damaged, Rosa sat me down went over everything and had me set up and ready to go all in less then 30 minutes. Thank you Rosa for your professionalism and great customer service everyone else here should take some lesson from Rosa on how to handle customers and show professionalism. I was told it’ll be a week for my frames which a lot of other places say 2-3 weeks so we will see if the week turn around time is real lol. I will keep this review updated for my post visit once I receive my new glasses.
