  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! I came in needing my sunglasses repaired, and Ana took care of them so quickly and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She was working with Alex, who was also super friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was quick, easy, and stress-free. I really appreciate the amazing customer service from both of them.   Jennifer and Alex were so amazing, Jennifer was with us every step of the way. She was amazing and Alex helped us do our final pay, they are a great team and can't wait to go back for another pair or glasses they have soo many options 😀

  I'm not a big people person, but I put my big boy pants on to find a pair of new glasses that I need for my job and came to this store. Alyssa C helped me find my perfect pair, and I truly felt welcome the entire time. Dressed to the nines, a clean store, and helpful customer service that helped me find a pair that served DEOWN, lemme tell you that Alyssa C is one of, if not their best.

  if you do go here i definitely recommend going with Alyssa C! she’s the nicest sales person i have ever met, and i struggle talking to people and she understood what i wanted right away and got my needs met! she sat with me and showed me all the frames with the exact style that i wanted and even explained to me the measurements and how they would fit on my face. even when i felt like i was being picky she reassured me that its okay to be picky since im spending my own money on every day glasses that im going to wear and that she wouldn’t feel like she did her job if she just got me frames that i was iffy about. she wanted to make sure that i was not just 100% satisfied but 1,000% satisfied, and that is why i will keep coming back here and going to her

  I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Alyssa! She did an amazing job helping me with my glasses and working through my insurance. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and sweet throughout the entire process. I had several questions, and she took the time to answer every one of them without ever making me feel rushed. She even stayed on the phone with my insurance company to make sure everything was handled correctly and went as smoothly as possible. Alyssa truly went above and beyond, and her excellent customer service made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for great service at LensCrafters!
