  I needed my glasses adjusted which I'd previously gotten at a LensCrafters, and I came to the right place. Virginia was very skilled at adjusting some difficult frames to work with. She was patient in getting them right for my needs. It overall seemed like a very well run store. I highly recommend them!

  Great experience so far i really love the eye doctor . Very calm pleasant to work with she explained everything and wonderful details and here assist as well, this made it feel like a welcoming visit thank you. The sweethearts Lori and Virginia in the glasses department you guys are amazing thank you for your time and patience and expertise really made the visit amazing for my first time.

  Ms. Lori provided amazing customer service during my visit to LensCrafters. Even while multitasking and helping multiple customers, she never made me feel rushed or unimportant. She remained friendly, professional, and attentive the entire time. Lori went out of her way to answer my questions, help me find what I needed, and make sure I had a great experience. Her ability to juggle so many responsibilities while still giving excellent customer service was truly impressive. She has a wonderful attitude and represents LensCrafters exceptionally well.
