- DMderin macy4 days ago1.0I have purchased several pairs of glasses from LensCrafters over the years, but this particular store was very disappointing. The staff I interacted with came across as arrogant, dismissive, and rude. Good customer service matters, especially when customers are spending a significant amount on eyewear. Unfortunately, my experience at this location made me feel unwelcome and not valued as a customer. I would not choose this store again.

Sat with me and explained the differences so i could make the best decision, they came over to the eye exam place to escort me back over to them after they escorted me to the eye exam place when i was lost. I have never felt more appreciated and comfortable at any store like that. I did end up getting fresh new glasses at a very reasonable price that did not break the bank. If i was just interested in seeing whats available in glasses i would for sure just go there to explore but gps directions getting there is another mission, but worth it.😁

LensCrafters is usually great so this was disappointing, the clerk sounded entitled and annoyed… try another location and get better and faster service.
