  Shady billing practices and incredibly rude staff. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this office. Jose at the front desk and Elizabeth in billing were both extremely rude and dismissive when I called with a legitimate question about a service I had received. I was previously told that the laser treatment I received was not covered by my insurance, which is why I understood that I would be responsible for the cost. However, after contacting my insurance company, I was informed that this is a covered service under my plan. When I called the office back to clarify why the service had not been submitted to my insurance, Elizabeth repeatedly told me, “We went over this with you and told you the cost.” While I acknowledge that the cost was discussed, that is not the issue. I was told the service wasn’t covered by my insurance, which is very different from being told that the office simply does not submit the claim to insurance. I called back with my insurance representative on the phone, and neither Jose nor Elizabeth would initially provide their names. My insurance representative had to ask multiple times before they would identify themselves. When the insurance representative asked why the office would not submit a claim for a service that is covered, Elizabeth responded, “We just don’t.” She also stated that the situation had been explained to me, which is not an accurate representation of what I was told. I was then told that I could submit the claim to my insurance myself. That was especially frustrating because the office is in-network with my insurance, and I was simply trying to understand why the claim wasn’t being submitted in the first place. The entire interaction left me feeling like I was being given the runaround rather than receiving a straightforward explanation. Regardless of the office’s billing policy, the communication and attitude were extremely poor. I’m especially disappointed because the dental hygienist is wonderful and provides excellent care. Unfortunately, having a good hygienist isn’t enough when you’re met with rude and dismissive behavior whenever you have a legitimate billing question. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

  Angela goes beyond for me.... She enjoys mine and Lola visits.... Lola is my Service dog 🐕‍🦺 All the staff as well as my doctor dentist 😬 😁 treat me with kindness and patience and with respect and dignity.... God Bless 🙌 🙏 ❤️ Ms. Brenda

  I scheduled a teeth cleaning and a consultation for Invisalign for my husband and I. Teeth cleaning was very thorough, my teeth feel very clean after. The consultation was very informative and within our budget! Will definitely be recommending!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. George, the dental assistant, was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and answered my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Dr. Singh was wonderful as well. I truly appreciated how attentive and thorough he was, and how he took the time to discuss my options and make sure I understood everything before moving forward. I also want to give a huge thank you to the office manager, who went above and beyond to work with me. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful in navigating the different treatment options and payment plans. Dental care can sometimes feel overwhelming financially, but she made the process so much easier and never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. It is rare to find a dental office where everyone is genuinely kind, compassionate, and willing to work with you, and this team truly stands out. I am so grateful for the care, patience, and kindness I received. Thank you, George, Dr. Singh, Vivian and the entire team, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one! I highly recommend this office!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had two extractions along with some additional dental work at La Cantera Dental, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the office was pristine, welcoming, and highly professional. Every member of the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. A special thank you to Q, my dental assistant. She was supportive, poised, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what to expect, helped put me at ease, and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. She comes highly recommended. Dr. Singh was equally outstanding. He was down-to-earth, professional, and communicative, making sure I understood every step of the process. My extractions and treatment were virtually painless, and the entire procedure was completed much faster than I anticipated. If you're looking for a dental office that combines professionalism, skill, and exceptional patient care, I highly recommend La Cantera Dental.
