  This is a "before surgery" review. I will review again after my surgery. A friend was being prepped for his neck surgery, and I was in his room when the doc came in for his pre-op visit. I was so impressed with his bedside manner, explaining everything, and I mean everything. He answered MY questions about my friend's situation, and even answered a few things about my condition. My friend was a mess beforehand, and doc fixed him. So impressed I was, I made an appointment for a consult visit. My consult with him was thoroughly informative and educational. He really explains thoroughly, answers questions, and has a great personality. So yup, in a few months, he's going to be my surgeon for my L3-S1 screws and rods surgery. I have a lot of faith and confidence, and feel very positive. I'll submit another review after all is said and done.

  Dr. Richardson was friendly an funny since the first time I meet him. He was the only one who took a chance on me to do surgery. His staff is amazing especially Lisa she is very knowledgeable, kind, always goes above am beyond for Dr. Richardson patients. If you are looking for a good back surgen call his office.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Richardson's patients . We have seen firsthand the amazing work he does and the pain free life he has brought to so many of his patients. The patients all adore him and they make it a point to tell us they are so grateful for him. His skills are on point! His staff is very attentive and concierge service oriented. Give him a try! You will not regret it. …. and no I don't nor have I ever worked here :)

  This office is running a racket with a drug testing service. I received a $6,000 bill from a drug test. As for the visit with the doctor he is as lazy as one can be.

  Okay well he was highly recommend to me. But my first visit was not that impressive to me. I felt he was trying to just confuse my symptoms and see if either A- I was not in pain like I said I was or B- just wanted pain drugs. Either way it was not a very good experience. I still gave him the benefit of the doubt and continue with his request order and see where it will led us to. Well let just say when they schedule me for a FUP they did not advise me that his location that I will be seeing him will be changed. So when I show up to my appointment 10min before time! they tell me I am at the wrong location and I would have to be rescheduled because Dr. Richarderson won’t see someone late. I had to make it clear that how can something like this be on me....... if i was not inform of his new location! Receptionist did not even bother to make it right either and informed me I was not going to get seen for their mistake! I was very upset and they knew that! So I let her know I wanted all my medical records and was changing doctors! By my surprise they couldn’t careless if they were losing a Patient or not! If a doctor office and provider can careless about their patients! Than my health and insurance should not give services to a businesses like this. So save your self the hassle and money and find your self a good doctor that cares to get your health back in track. FYI after receiving my medical records! I read where the doctor wrote down things that I clearly never said to him so if he can write that down clearly his intentions were never to help me but change my insurance as much as he could. You are a waste of a provider you clearly don’t deserve to be in the medical field if you are so careless!!!! People find someone who CARES!!!!!!!!!!
