  Manny at the front desk treats people like children, extremely rude. Cierra (the manager) is extremely petty. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT APPRECIATE YOUR DONATIONS. they are extremely rude with no common courtesy. It’s not a pleasant experience at all. This is the SECOND time I’ve tried to donate my plasma to this place. The first time was just as bad but I swallowed my pride and just dealt with it. BUT EVERY TIME?!!! come on guys!! would it hurt to say please and thank you ? Would it hurt you to smile when someone walks in or get excited about a new donor and treat them like an honored guest instead of some child you’re always annoyed with?? Why do you guys ALWAYS treat people like this? You say and do things (procedure) with such a terrible attitude that it comes off as repelling instead of inviting. Yall have been stuck with the same routine that it seems like you’ve forgotten the reason why you are doing this to begin with; It’s to help save lives right? It’s to help those who need it right? Then why are you not excited about every new donor? Why are you not excited about your own cause? You all look so miserable at your job that it’s truly sad.

  This is the closest location to me and the one I typically donate at. Over the weekend I went to the other location on ww white since my dog was getting vaccinations on that side of town. No one educated me on the transfer restrictions. So today I get off work drive 20 mins to this location unable to donate or transfer drive 30 mins to ww white and after vitals probably waited another 30 mins for a bed before I just left and had to drive another 30 mins home since ww white is farther. Not to mention the employees at ww white aren’t as nice as the ones at this location. Just about every other plasma center I’ve donated at I’ve been able to go between locations depending on what I’m doing that day and no one at ww white educated me on ked plasmas transfer process. Now I have to wait 7 days to transfer back according to who I spoke with today at this location before heading to ww white
