- AYAlien YouMay 8, 20261.0Second time I’ve been skipped in line while other people who came after me get called first, and no one even informs you that you need to register again. Instead, you have to stop and ask while staff already have patients in the room, only to be told to register all over again. My time is just as valuable as everyone else’s, and being ignored while clearly waiting in line until the entire line is finished is unacceptable. Communication and organization need to be handled much better. Please do better.

- EJEric JonesMay 1, 20261.0I’m new to plasma donation and called hoping to get basic information about pay. The employee told me about the new bonus, but they refused to tell me about regular pay. I don't understand why. Payment is part of whether it's worth the commitment, so I guess it's so low that they don't want you to know until you donate. The employee was rude and dismissive. I called the Grifols Biomat USA and they were fully transparent about their pay structure, which made the process feel much more trustworthy. When I start donating, I'll make sure to go there instead
