Rewrite this in a very stern manner my six donation. I filled out my survey and I was supposed to get my $45 right then well I got up the next day no money so I called them and the lady told me that she would have my $45 on her by the end of the day. Well as the end of the day was approaching I decided to call back, which at this time she never answer the phone and I kind of figured she wasn’t so I waited till the next day of obvious and this is Saturday now and I called and I told him I would let him know that I’ve been waiting a long time and the lady didn’t answer the phone and he also guarantee that he will put my funds on my car by the end of the day where they close it at four on Saturdays and I still don’t have my money on there and this weekend and me and my husband had plans on going and getting shopping now I’m gonna fix income so I don’t get much so me and my husband gonna have to go hungry this weekend because somebody couldn’t give five minutes of their time to give me something that I earned

When i was getting checked in the front the guy "Connor" was being rude. And he had a really bad attitude toward people and when I was getting screened he was rude and when I asked him a question he told me to be quiet and don't talk. So I do not want him screening me no more

I don't think it's been one single time that Ive been & haven't heard .. the red head white lady , the orange hair black chic and the chubby stud talking about different clients.. even heard them talking about the skinny white kid who works in the front... it's absolutely unacceptable!! Not funny at all . Next time I'm going to record and post it to your website

Got deferred due to technician error as he had lots of bubbles in sample and didn’t let it sit for the correct amount of time before spinning it in machine so I forgot the days I’m supposed to donate as they’ve changed so I call and they put me on hold for 30 mins and then just hang up on me 😂 if you get deferred during vitals just know it’s very likely not ur fault, u just don’t know what to look for. I worked in these centers for years so I do. Edit so I can respond to the reply: I know it was an error because the center manager literally confirmed it was and gave me an inconvenience fee 😂 also this same exact thing happened to me AGAIN this week so here’s some instructions for yall cuz quite frankly I’ve never seen ANY of your screeners take a sample correctly: 1) when doing vitals you have to fill the capillary tube 3/4s of the way to red line 2) when doing that the sample should not have any bubbles in it 3) the sample needs to sit UPRIGHT for approximately 30 seconds before being spun in the centrifuge 4) after reading the protein sample the correct procedure for cleaning the reading device is first a dry wipe of the sample, a wipe with an alcohol swab/distilled water, and then another dry wipe. If you try to read someone’s sample after doing someone else’s and the device is still dirty, the reading will be off. PEOPLE: If you’ve ever been deferred here for your iron and protein and those things weren’t done properly, it’s very likely a false reading. None of the screeners in the front know how to do this correctly. The way the workers speak when people come in, especially closer to closing time really makes you think they try to defer people on purpose. I’ve literally heard them make comments about wanting to fail people waiting for retakes or saying they hope they don’t make it. Newsflash lol if you don’t like your job, don’t do it. Times are tough and mostly no one would come here if they didn’t need to. Also when you screen someone and have blood all over ur gloves and then try to use those same gloves on someone else, ur disgusting. One of the questions ur asked before vitals is have u come into contact with someone else blood, and then you try to make and open wound on me and then touch me with dirty gloves. Like hello? lol get a grip, train ur employees, and take some accountability. I’m so never coming back after I get this second donation of the week in, and neither should any of yall. Snarky little manager (the woman, not the two male center managers) and incompetent screeners 😂 the phlebs are kinda cool but u can tell they r miserable too. Yikes
