    Pharmacist have customers wait over 45 minutes for medication instead of urgently taking care of customers who are shopping awaiting in store . How can this pharmacy improve on their wait time for customers? Families sit in lobby chairs patiently waiting for medications and still no sense of urgency. Needs improvement
