They help me find the best price possible on my medications and offer sound advice when asked. The drive-through is also very convenient and quick.

Called to see if something was going to be ready, I was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes, I let them know I would be there in around 40 minutes, Waited 10 minutes in a drive thru line to be told to come back in 5 minutes it was not finished. Get your act together. Give customers realistic expectations.
