- BMBen Marotta3 days ago2.0Customer service is friendly but they never have your prescriptions ready. Called the day prior to make sure all of my prescriptions would be ready for pick up and I was told yes. Showed up next day and did not have them ready. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

- HLHeather LukensJul 8, 20261.0I don't understand how this pharmacy can pick and choose what prescriptions they fill. Then make me drive over to a different HEB to get them, even though they are IN STOCK at the Goliad HEB. This is not the first time this has happened and I would like something done about it. I live 25 minutes directly south of the Goliad HEB, Goliad HEB is where I do my grocery shopping at, and I work SIX days a week in the San Antonio medical center which is 45 minutes away from home when there is not traffic. I shouldn't have to make an extra trip to get prescriptions then drive again to buy groceries. This is a HUGE inconvenience and caused me not only to have to make a pit stop today at a different HEB after work just for prescriptions, but then I also had to drive to the Goliad HEB to pick up my salads for lunch because the one they sent me to did not carry them.
- YZYesenia ZunigaJun 12, 20262.0HEB is really good customer service but the drive through lanes constantly changing brought me to get confused and pull in to the wrong lane, which caused the person helping me to argue with me because i was in the wrong lane. It was very inappropriate for customer service reps to be arguing like a child, with a customer over a sign.
