  I was in ER yesterday with blood glucose of 400 , the doctor sent me home with instructions to pick up insulin and testing equipment from pharmacy. I was here 10 min before opening today and they told me to wait an hour. I came back at 12:18 pm and they tried to send me off without my testing equipment and insulin. I stayed on to explain they said it wasn’t ready and they were looking into it. I gave them an hour and 20 min more and I’m still waiting for my insulin. My glucose is high and dangerous and the person who is handling all this is incompetent. I called to explain and complain and finally they said doctor didn’t put how many times I’m to test and they were waiting for that. I understand but why didn’t they call to ask me and me clear it up to expedite the time process??? It’s the first time dealing with this window pharmacist and she is not only incompetent she is rude and doesn’t respect peoples time, doesn’t keep her word o when it’ll be ready nor does she see the severity of timing with a diabetic and medication urgency. It’s 12:30 and I’m still waiting. After waiting more another pharmacist came on said it was food to go and yet again I was issuing y insulin. He said he would check to see what happened to that as he didn’t have that ready. He apologized and said he would see about what wen wrong. I told him it was the person who first handled it , she failed to see the urgency, failed to see details, and was rude on top of things. ( Ida L. Was the name). I left without my insulin and was giving the name so I can look for it at other pharmacies since they were out of stock today.this is information the lady could have given me at 10 am! So pissed.

  Horrible workers, cant follow instructions and keeps messing up my meds. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS.

  I hate when you ask for the total price over the phone and when you get to the pharmacy to pick up your medication your given a different amount. The bad part about it I couldn't get my meds.

  I love that this H‑E‑B is my location close to home. Yes it gets busy like every other H‑E‑B but I just love that I can go in and out quickly majority of the time, staff is friendly-Never had an issue. Most of the time I enter on the produce/bakery side and there is always a smiling person to greet you/they are advertising baked goods. Meat is great quality. Produce has a lot of choices to pick from and store is always clean.
