  I’m honestly surprised to see some of the negative reviews for this location. Every time I’ve called or picked up or dropped off my medication, the staff has been wonderful. They’re always professional, friendly, fast, and very helpful.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I approached the pharmacist Toni R. for help finding a specific over-the-counter medication, and instead of offering clear guidance, I was directed to the wrong aisle. After spending time searching and still not finding what I needed, I returned to ask for further assistance. Unfortunately, the interaction only got worse. The pharmacist Toni R. seemed irritated and made dismissive, rude comments rather than being helpful or professional. When I went to check out, the tone remained unfriendly, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Customer service—especially in a pharmacy setting—should be supportive and respectful, as people are often there because they need help. This experience fell far short of that expectation. I hope the staff can improve their approach to assisting customers in the future.

  The service at this pharmacy is not what it should be. They don't know how to take care of the customers. Going through the drive-thru is supposed to be a convenience, but it's inconvenient because you have to wait for EVER. You're not supposed to let people wait in the drive-thru for you to get their meds ready. The drive-thru is for medication drop-off and pick-up. NOT WAITING! If you want to wait for your meds, you're supposed to go inside. Why does nobody understand this? Get it together, please.

  I don’t for the life of me understand why I keep buying HEB pizza. Whenever I order extra sauce, they put none on.
