I called ahead to ask about possible discounts/coupons (since I pay out of pocket), and Alex was incredibly helpful in finding one during our call. What really stood out, though, was that after we hung up, she continued looking & found an even better option! That level of care & initiative made a meaningful difference. It’s rare to see someone take that extra step without being asked. I’m very grateful & hope management knows what a valuable team member they have - thanks A.W. !
