- CEChloe esquivelAug 14, 20261.0cashier name jo anna is very RUDE shows no kind of kindness to the shopper which i find super unprofessional , her name badge says she’s been working at heb for 26 years if she was like that which me and my mom then she’s rude to everyone else , if she doesn’t like her job she should retire she’s the only gen employee that’s i’ve came across that’s rude everyone is super nice , ive been coming to this heb for many years since my siblings were younger and never once i ran into someone so rude and unprofessional like jo anna need to something about ASAP .

I do realize they are very busy, however over the past year the level of rudeness I have received is making me consider leaving. I don't enjoy having to call them each month for refills. I don't appreciate a different answer every month. I feel profiled because of medications I'm prescribed. I'm not giving them a great review.
