  I used the Marbach & 410 location for 10 FULL YEARS, and it was great, since switching to this lo location closer to my home, it’s been a nightmare. So much so that I have strongly considered moving to a different brand. Initially, I thought maybe there were just some incompetence within the location, but as this has dragged on, I have realized there’s just a lack of care or concern from the majority of staff that works at this location. Such as filling and medication with a generic when the prescription clearly states brand name only and already has insurance approval., this has happened more than once. This month is the first time that they proactively filled my stimulant after the doctors office sent it in without me having to ask them. This location has never been able to successfully request a refill of a stimulant on my behalf to the doctors office so I just learned to send my request to my own doctors office to have them send it over but I still have to call and ask for them to fill it. I went to the drive up Pharmacy with my code and let them know that one of my medication’s was not eligible to be included with the code, that I also needed to pick up after a couple moments she returned and sent off the medication’s that were on the code, completely neglecting and ignoring the medication that was not included in the code as I stated. I have called and talked to the pharmacist numerous times, but it makes all of this more painful. Is that the blatant rudeness of the staff at this location? It is nothing compared to the friendly outgoing staff at the Marbach location who regularly goes above and beyond for the clients. This location is happy to do the bare minimum or less, and have an attitude about it or be rude when you have to call for something like a basic refill.

  Terrible experience at this pharmacy. The blonde lady at the pharmacy window. Name starts with “A”, extremely rude. Needs to be moved to the back if she doesn’t know how to kindly address patients. I will no longer be using this HEB pharmacy. Not the first bad experience here, definitely my last.
