- AAAngelitaJun 30, 20261.0How rude!!! Tried calling to check on my prescriptions and the phone rang for 20 minutes. Then someone just says can I help you in such a rude tone. When she was done giving me the information she just hung up. Not even a good bye. So so rude pharmacists

- BYBreanna YJun 20, 20261.0I have used this pharmacy for years, and until recently I had always been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my doctor sent in the wrong prescription, and while I understand the doctor shares responsibility, I believe the pharmacy also had an opportunity to verify the medication before filling it. What was most disappointing was the lack of willingness to help resolve the situation. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I simply wanted to exchange the unopened prescription for the correct medication. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I felt dismissed and that no responsibility was taken on their part. Customer service should be about helping patients when issues arise, not just processing transactions. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this pharmacy.
- MBM BMay 25, 20261.0Ridiculous I called before they closed having to call to make a refill . If I was able to do it online I would to avoid talking to a rude person trust me ! Completely unprofessional. She put me on hold and let the time play out till closing time ! Then it came back to ringing and she came back picked up the phone and hung it up! This incident happen today! Before closing time to whichever female was at the pharmacy!
- JSJenny SullivanApr 14, 20261.0Getting someone to answer the phone to order a refill on my prescription is an absolute joke. I literally have been trying to call for the last twenty minutes letting the phone ring non-stop with no answer. This is not the first time this has happened when calling.
