- KBK BMay 4, 20261.0The pharmacy is not trained properly on insurance. Multiple times they have provided inaccurate information about coverage on the same prescription that is picked up each month. One month I’m quoted $45 and the next it’s $230. I come back the next day and get quoted the $45 again. It’s infuriating to speak with staff who do not know how to perform the job they were hired to do. One time… ok. Every other month- inexcusable.

It really makes a difference when employees go out of their way to make your visit easier. One of my favorite things is how convenient it is to have the pharmacy right there in the store it saves so much time, and the pharmacy team is just as helpful and efficient. Everything runs smoothly, and you’re never left waiting long. The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh, high-quality items. It’s clear they take pride in what they offer. Definitely one of the best places to shop!
