    The pharmacy is not trained properly on insurance. Multiple times they have provided inaccurate information about coverage on the same prescription that is picked up each month. One month I’m quoted $45 and the next it’s $230. I come back the next day and get quoted the $45 again. It’s infuriating to speak with staff who do not know how to perform the job they were hired to do. One time… ok. Every other month- inexcusable.

    Prescription pick up times are never when they say. If you are going to use them call ahead and make sure it’s ready. The system will tell you a pick up time and date, but it’s like they wait till you get there to fill it. Very inconvenient. I would understand if it was the first time using them, but for them to have current insurance on file and it’s a refill doesn’t make sense.
